Meet the Dentist Behind the Kardashian’s Smile

Everyone wants a smile like a celebrity. One of the first things that we notice when we look at a picture on Instagram, Facebook or Snapchat is the smile on our favourite celebrities. We can also instantly recognise that these celebrities are confident about their teeth and their smiles. Perhaps the most famous celebrities in our digital age are the Kardashians. Furthermore, one of the most famous aspects of this family is the Kardashian smile. So how do you get those Kardashian teeth?

Like most celebrities, the Kardashians spend a significant degree of time, and money, on looking after their teeth. Not only are they concerned for their oral health, they are also heavily invested in the cosmetic aspects of their smile. However, many people might ask how they manage to keep their teeth pearly white all the time. The answer, Dr. Kevin Sands.

Kardashian Teeth

Kevin Sands is a cosmetic dentist in the Beverley Hills, California. His list of patients features some of the best-known names in Hollywood and the world of celebrities. These include the Kardashian family, Miley Cyrus and Robert Downey Jr.

Famous Smiles

A teeth whitening package from Dr. Sands’ could set you back in the region of $750. However, this is just a small part of the work that he does. He states that 90% of his business is veneers. This cosmetic dental procedure is a speciality of his practice. “I do 10,000 veneers a year. That’s my speciality. I’m doing veneers every day…It’s an elective procedure, but it changes people’s lives. I’ve seen people get married. I’ve seen people get booked for acting jobs” Dr. Sands said.

Getting Kardashian teeth does not come cheap, however. A dental veneer can cost anything in the range of $800 to $2000 per tooth. Given the fact that Dr. Sands caters for celebrities in our society, you can expect his services are on the high end of this scale.
